FOMO24 Privacy Policy

Effective: July 18, 2026

FOMO24 ("the app") values your privacy and handles only the minimum information necessary.

1. Information We Collect

Push notification token (FCM token): collected to deliver price alerts and market-open reminders. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any personally identifying information.
Live Activity token: when you enable Dynamic Island price tracking, a push token and the tracked ticker are stored on our server to update that display. Deleted when you stop tracking.
Alert settings: the ticker, saved price, and alert % of entries you enable alerts for are stored on our server (Google Firebase) solely to send those alerts.
What-if records, language, and currency settings: stored only on your device and never transmitted (except entries with alerts enabled).

2. How We Use It

Collected information is used only to send push notifications (price alerts, market-open reminders). It is never used for advertising, marketing, or sold to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging, Firestore): push delivery and alert storage. Firebase Privacy
Public exchange APIs (Hyperliquid, Binance, Bitget, Bybit): price data only; no user information is sent.

4. Retention & Deletion

Alert settings are deleted from the server when you turn off an alert or delete an entry. Deleting the app invalidates the push token, and stale data is cleaned up automatically.

5. No Tracking

The app shows no ads and does not track users across apps or websites.
